1967 Selmer Paris Mark VI Alto Saxophone

I have for sale a very nice Selmer Paris Mark VI alto with original lacquer bearing the serial number 148,441 (according to my research dates to 1967).  I am a guitar player who luckily happened upon this beautiful horn but I don't play the sax (otherwise I would never let it go!).  I purchased the horn from the original owner who was a first chair Sax in a band in New Jersey.  The horn has it's original neck, mouthpiece, ligature and Selmer branded case.  As it had been in storage for 20+ years, I brought the horn in England to an authorized Selmer Paris repair/dealer.  It has received a complete overhaul and adjustment including new pads, felts, cork, 1 minor dent removal and 2 re-solder points as can be seen in the last picture.  The keys are nice and responsive and the entire horn has been checked through. Consequently it is ready to play and needs nothing !  I can go on and on about 1967 Mark VI altos but we all know that David Sanborn plays horns between the 140K-15K serial number range.  This does not surprise me because in competent hand this horn sounds rich and dark like any great Selmer!  You will not be dissapointed.  The pictures tell the story! check the beauty of the orginal lacquer, what a great piece!  The good news is that I got lucky and so will you.
